Notice of Newly Enacted Ordinance- Short Term Rentals
Please take notice that the Village of Allouez, County of Brown, enacted Ordinance No. 2024-02 on January 16, 2024, creating Chapter 270, Lodging Facilities, of the Village of Allouez Municipal Code which regulates short-term rental properties in Allouez. While the ordinance was adopted on January 16th, it will not take effect until March 1st as application fees and administrative items are created. The Village Board will discuss application fees at a future meeting. The full text of Ordinance No. 2024-02 is attached. This Section shall take effect on March 1, 2024.
