2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM 05/08/13
3. PETITION FROM AGENT FOR PROPERTY OWNERS AT 601-605 W. BRIAR LANE REQUESTING A 13’ VARIANCE OF THE SIDE YARD SETBACK AND 17.4’ VARIANCE OF THE REAR YARD SETBACK TO REPLACE GARAGE AT 601-605 W. BRIAR LANE (Village Ordinance 11.07(C)(2)(b), in no event shall the side yard of a corner lot on the street side be less than 30 feet as required for front yards and Village Ordinance 11.07C(3), every lot in a High Density District shall have a rear yard not less than 30 feet in depth.)
