NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ACTION BY THE COMMITTEE MAY BE TAKEN ON ANY OF THE ITEMS WHICH ARE DESCRIBED IN THIS AGENDA. ACTION TAKEN WOULD BE TO MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS TO VILLAGE BOARD FOR THEIR APPROVAL
1. MODIFY/ADOPT AGENDA
2. APPROVE MINUTES from the March 12th Meeting.
OLD BUSINESS:
3. DISCUSSION/ACTION: PAVEMENT MARKING CONTRACT WITH GREEN BAY (DPW Berndt).
a. At the last Public Works meeting contracting with Green Bay for pavement marking was discussed. It is recommended to move forward with Green Bay for this contracted service.
NEW BUSINESS:
4. DISCUSSION/ACTION: RIVERSIDE DRIVE PROJECT SIDEWALK AND BIKE FACILITIES PROJECT (DPW Berndt).
a. WisDOT has requested the Village’s input on whether the Village wishes to continue to consider sidewalk and biking facilities on the Riverside Drive project. This agenda item is to respond to this request.
5. DISCUSSION/ACTION: PURCHASE OF STREET DEPT SMALL HAUL TRUCK (DPW Berndt).
